Refund Policy

At PBTP Leads our goal is to supply the best leads in the industry. But we know that there are times when a "fake lead" somehow slips in through the cracks, or the customer changes their mind. That is why we will work with you to ensure that your money is well spent on leads.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and sent by mail to Powered By The People at 18653 Ventura Blvd, #390, Tarzana, CA 91356
Please include as much information about the lead and purchase in this request.

- Refund requests must occur within 5 calendar days of purchase.

-- All refunds between 5-10 calendar days will be credited to the pbtpleads.com account that purchase was made from if deemed a valid request

--- All refund requests 10 calendar days past the date of purchase will not be accepted.

-- Customer acknowledges and agress that all refund requests are to be investigated and decided by pbtpleads.com and that all decisions regarding the refund request are final.

- If an accepted, reviewed, and accepted refund request is uder 5 calendar days of purchase a check will mailed within 30 calendar days of acceptance.

-- All account balance refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of request.
